About Chuck
During the years growing up at home Chuck learned to cook at an early age. Chuck’s parents Karl and Margaret Byarski shared cooking secrets over the years with Chuck for delicious foods such as breads, soups, chicken, beef and many other meals. Chuck learned to make polish sausage from his father, Karl and has continued to make sausage even now. Chuck was taught to make homemade soups and breads from his mother, Margaret. There is nothing sweeter than the smell of fresh hot bread coming right from your oven. After graduation and leaving home Chuck spent months in the army and was stationed in Japan. After he returned home he married Ann and worked for Daimler Chrysler until his retirement just the past few years. They have two sons and three grandchildren. Chuck has continued to experiment in a wide variety of cooking throughout the years especially the last five after retirement. He is a self learner. Chuck has taught himself how to play piano, guitar, speak fluent Polish, German and even some Japanese and now has become an expert in cooking great mouth watering dishes.
